Property Manager / Groundskeeper

We're now looking for a dedicated and responsible property manager/groundskeeper who wants to take a central role in the daily operations and maintenance of our properties and grounds at a top-level equestrian facility. About the Role In this role, you'll be responsible for daily property work within designated areas, in close collaboration with the site manager and according to our operations and maintenance plan (O&M). You're a key person in keeping our buildings, installations, and outdoor environments in top condition, and you actively contribute to quality and development within your areas of responsibility. You also have the opportunity to assign work to subcontractors on-site and assist other departments. You report to the Foreman/Site Manager and Facility Supervisor. Your Areas of Responsibility Participate in daily maintenance and work performed by subcontractors (UE) Inspect buildings and grounds according to the O&M plan and operate installations (e.g., plumbing systems) Report, document, and follow up on deficiencies and fault reports in internal systems Perform property repairs within your area of expertise Daily monitoring of control and regulation equipment Manage irrigation systems Harrow riding arenas/halls and clean pastures by machine and manually Coordinate and assist with events and arrangements Assist with subcontractor visits, service visits, and scheduled maintenance Contribute to improving maintenance plans, procedures, manuals, and checklists Assist with equipment and material inventories Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in daily work The work includes the following areas: water and sewage, controls & regulation (alarms, daily inspections, on-call duty, service agreements), ventilation, lighting, electrical, furnishings, general maintenance, storage & equipment, and ongoing documentation. Desired Qualifications Experience operating wheel loaders, excavators, tractors, etc. Class C driver's license (heavy truck) Handy with experience in property management or similar practical work Good interpersonal skills We Believe You Are Practically minded with good manual skills Responsible, organized, and self-motivated Service-oriented toward clients and guests A team player who contributes to motivation and engagement among colleagues Concerned with working ecologically and environmentally sustainably Additional Information Working hours are adjusted based on clients, guests, and events (within the scope of your employment) You're expected to always be clean and properly dressed according to uniform policy Possibility to cover for staff when needed Housing accommodation available We process applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
