Facility Caretaker for Elderly Care Facilities in Töreboda Municipality (3 positions)

The Technical Operations division of Töreboda Municipality is now seeking three dedicated facility caretakers who want to help develop and maintain our elderly care facilities. With us, you'll get varied work with significant responsibility where you contribute to creating a secure, well-maintained, and attractive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Job Responsibilities
As a facility caretaker, you are responsible for the daily supervision and maintenance of the municipality's elderly care facilities. Job responsibilities include, among others:
Supervision, maintenance, and minor upkeep of properties and technical installations
Malfunction reports and minor repair work
Maintenance of outdoor areas, green spaces, and walkways
Rounds and preventive maintenance
Contact with operations, contractors, and suppliers
Assistance with minor renovation and improvement projects
Snow removal and de-icing when needed
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
Secondary education or other training that the employer deems equivalent
Experience in facility maintenance, operations, or outdoor area management
Class B driver's license
Good ability to plan and structure your work
Good service orientation and an easy ability to collaborate with others
Meritorious
It's an advantage if you have competence or experience in any of the following areas:
Operations engineering and technical building systems
Ventilation, heating, and control systems
Gardening and green space maintenance
Maintenance of parks, plantings, and other outdoor environments
Knowledge of planting, pruning, and plant care
Work experience in public operations or care-related environments
Personal Qualities
