The headquarters in Piteå has 18 employees who work together to ensure satisfied customers and attractive, well-functioning, and sustainable properties. Now RAWI is looking for a Property Maintenance Manager who wants to be part of the continued growth journey. About the RoleAs a Property Maintenance Manager, you will have significant responsibility for daily supervision, maintenance, and service within your assigned area of RAWI's property portfolio in Piteå. The work is varied and involves both planned activities and unexpected situations. You work independently but also closely with the rest of the property management department, which consists of maintenance managers, technicians, engineers, and the Chief of Technology & Sustainability. Your main responsibilities include: customer contact and service for tenants internal and external property maintenance supervision, rounds, inspections, and function checks preventive and corrective maintenance troubleshooting and minor repairs work orders and follow-up on completed tasks coordination with and monitoring of contractors participation in planned maintenance, renovations, and smaller projects continuous improvement of properties, systems, and work methods. Work is primarily conducted in Piteå, but work at RAWI's other locations may occur. Your BackgroundWe are looking for someone with several years of work experience in technical services and maintenance, preferably from the property management industry. You may also have relevant experience from, for example, industrial, installation, service, or construction operations. You are practical and have broad technical understanding. Knowledge of plumbing, construction, and electrical work is a plus, as is experience with building systems, control and monitoring systems, and the ability to read technical drawings and diagrams. Limited electrical certification or equivalent electrical competence and Hot Work certification are also advantageous. The position requires a B-class driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate in Swedish verbally and in writing. Understanding of English is also an advantage.
