Property Caretaker

AB Ronnebyhus is a public housing company that owns and manages approximately 2,000 apartments and 45 commercial spaces. The total rentable area of our property portfolio is approximately 136,000 square meters, divided between 120,000 square meters of residential units and 16,000 square meters of commercial spaces. We are approximately 35 employees who develop our operations into a decentralized, customer-focused, and environmentally adapted housing management company. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The main tasks consist of: - Property inspections - Maintenance of outdoor areas - Maintenance of common indoor areas (stairwells, laundry rooms, etc) - Maintenance of waste/recycling rooms - Basic troubleshooting and maintenance in common areas (e.g. stairwells, waste rooms, and garages) - Simple projects and activities, such as those based on customer surveys - Participation in customer activities Other tasks may occur depending on needs and competence. You have experience in property maintenance and thrive in work where structure, pace, and quality are important. We see that you: • Have experience working as a property caretaker or similar practical profession • Are driven, curious, and solution-oriented • Have good teamwork skills and contribute to a positive team spirit • Have a professional and service-oriented approach • Have experience handling tools and machinery (such as garden equipment) • Hold a Class B driver's license (required) Salary form: Monthly salary.
