Property Manager

You are an important contact for our tenants and contribute to creating a safe, pleasant, and well-maintained living environment. The work includes, among other things: * Supervision, maintenance, and minor upkeep of properties and outdoor areas. * Corrective maintenance and minor repairs. * Maintenance of heating, ventilation, and water systems as well as ongoing operational checks. * Snow removal, de-icing, grass cutting, and other care of green spaces depending on the season. * Contact with tenants and contractors as well as follow-up on maintenance requests. * Inspections of apartments at move-in and move-out. * Participation in planned maintenance and improvement projects. * On-call duty is included in the position. We are looking for you who * Have experience in property management, construction, plumbing, operations, or similar work. * Are practically minded and have strong problem-solving skills. * Have a strong service focus and professional demeanor. * Are responsible, flexible, and can plan your work independently. * Enjoy physical and varied work both indoors and outdoors year-round. * Have good computer skills and can use digital systems for maintenance requests and documentation. * Have a driver's license (requirement). Meritorious qualifications include education in property technology, plumbing, ventilation, or electrical work as well as experience with control and regulation systems, machinery operation, or work in residential property management.
