We are responsible for the maintenance of the municipality's properties, roads and public land in Gimo, Alunda and Österbybruk. WORK TASKS In the role of property manager, you perform rounds, maintenance and repairs of the municipality's properties and outdoor environments. You handle digital error reports, perform planned or urgent maintenance and janitorial services. The responsibility for where there is a need for preventive maintenance work lies with you in close cooperation and together with your work group. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with upper secondary or vocational education in property or park maintenance, or alternatively someone with education or experience that we deem equivalent. You have at least three years of previous experience as a property manager/property technician or several years of experience with similar tasks in the field. In addition to the above, we also have the following requirements: • B driver's license • Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing • Good competence in working with computer, mobile and/or tablet as well as digital tools Meritorious: • BE driver's license • C2 Wheel loader • Road work • Hot work • Lift training • Chainsaw license AB, C or E • Work at great heights You need to be communicative and collaboration-oriented as this is a job that involves daily contact with activities/tenants and suppliers. You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships by being supportive, attentive and accommodating. Your sense of responsibility is great and you drive the work forward yourself. What is to be done during the day can change quickly and as a person you are flexible and adapt easily to changing needs. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
