We operate in the areas of technical property management and property services. We are now looking for a new colleague! What will you do? You will be one of those working closest to the customer. This means, among other things, that you will handle any requests and fault reports from customers, maintenance and inspections, as well as supervision of individual and common areas in buildings. The work is varied, independent, and social. You get great freedom to independently solve the challenges you face in your work. As a property caretaker, you work with contract management. You will work with both residential and commercial properties. The tasks include standard property maintenance, minor repairs, snow removal, and inspections of the properties' heating, ventilation, and electrical systems. As a property caretaker, you will have extensive contact with customers, contractors, and other colleagues working with the customer. It is therefore part of the role to build good customer relationships in order to secure business viability. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is driven and independent. You should have the ability to see and meet our customers' needs in a professional manner and like to provide good service, simply put. It is also important that you are quality-conscious and have the ability to organize and plan your work in an efficient manner. We are looking for someone with experience in the property field combined with relevant work experience. Since the work involves extensive customer contact, you are required to have good social skills and the ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing. You have a good ability to see and meet customers' needs, both internal and external. Acting professionally and customer-focused is crucial for this position. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. The position is permanent and placement will be in Karlshamn. A probationary period will be applied. Class B driving license is required.
