We are looking for a Real Estate Law Specialist/Surveyor for a state-owned energy company.
This is a consulting assignment. Base location is Solna, Stockholm.
The assignment is full-time with a hybrid arrangement. At least 50% of working time is performed from the client's office in Arenastaden.
The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility, teamwork ability, and professional conduct.
The Assignment
The role involves responsibility for real estate law matters in major investment projects where new power lines and substations are planned and designed. The assignment includes, among other things, land access, property acquisition, surveying matters, and coordination with consultants as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
Duties
Contribute real estate law expertise in major investment projects involving planning and design of new power lines or substations.
Direct and manage consultants.
Represent the company in surveying procedures.
Participate in rights investigations.
Secure land access and conduct property acquisitions within project operations.
Participate in physical consultation meetings in transmission projects.
Requirements (NOTE: mandatory)
Several years of current and relevant work experience with real estate law matters
Ability to express yourself professionally in speech and writing, in both Swedish and English
Good social skills. Ability to collaborate in different work formats and groups
Class B driver's license is required
University or college degree of at least 180 credits (120 points) in surveying, forestry/agriculture, law with focus on real estate law, or civil engineering. Alternatively, other education combined with experience deemed equivalent
Meritorious
It is also meritorious if you have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Land access in infrastructure projects
Property acquisition
Forest and/or agricultural valuation
Handling of surveying procedures
GIS
