About the role We are now seeking a senior property manager with good technical understanding and strong administrative skills. In this role, you will have broad responsibility for technical property management and become an important contact person for customers and the board in both operational and long-term matters. You are comfortable working independently, take responsibility for the whole picture, and drive work forward with structure and proactivity. The role suits you if you thrive in creating order, coordinating multiple parties, and simultaneously contributing with improvement suggestions and development related to operations and maintenance. Responsibilities As a senior property manager, you are responsible for: Leading and monitoring technical property management and operations of residential properties Coordinating and following up with suppliers, contractors, and service agreements Planning, coordinating, and monitoring both planned and corrective maintenance Ensuring that routines, regulations, and regulatory requirements are complied with Preparing reports, operational statistics, and decision-making materials for customers and boards Handling insurance matters and assisting with resident and member issues Participating in customer and board meetings (evening hours may occur) Working proactively with improvements, efficiency enhancements, and development of the property and collaboration About you To succeed in this role, we see that you are a confident and self-driven person who is accustomed to taking responsibility and creating structure in your work.
