Job Description Property Manager Are you driven by business-minded thinking, problem-solving, and strong relationships? SigtunaHem is reorganizing with a focus on property management and is now seeking three Property Managers who want to lead development in our residential areas. Here you'll have the opportunity to combine business acumen and technical expertise with hands-on leadership – all to create sustainable and vibrant neighborhoods. About SigtunaHem SigtunaHem owns and manages 4,800 rental apartments in Sigtuna Municipality. We are a service company that offers attractive housing, and our operations are characterized by long-term thinking and sustainability. We build both rental and cooperative apartments and create sustainable, vibrant, and well-functioning residential areas and neighborhoods. To thrive and succeed in this role, we're looking for a confident and committed property manager with a solid foundation in the real estate industry. You are driven to create value, achieve results, and navigate with ease through both financial frameworks and legal matters. You have good knowledge of property management, building technology and installations, as well as a good understanding of rental law and property economics. With your leadership qualities, you motivate the people around you, and you have strong communication skills. Examples of Work Tasks: Responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and long-term upkeep of the properties. Coach your team in daily work to best reach SigtunaHem's goals. Establish and monitor budgets for operations and maintenance, and manage invoices. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and property owner responsibilities. Procure, order, and follow up on deliveries from external contractors. Build good relationships with tenants and handle matters related to the living environment. Collaborate with municipal actors, associations, and local networks to develop the properties and promote safety in our residential areas. As a person, you are relationship-oriented and quickly build trust with good contacts both internally and externally. You possess strong self-leadership where you actively take responsibility for your own planning, motivation, and development, and act proactively to achieve your results. Your work approach is business-minded with an understanding of the company's goals and customer value. Qualifications Requirements Post-secondary education as a property manager, for example a vocational (YH or KY) program or equivalent experience At least 3 years of relevant professional experience from a similar position; financial responsibility in a previous role is a plus Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing Driver's license category B Meritorious Good knowledge of property management as well as building technology and installations Good knowledge of rental law and property economics Good leadership qualities Good experience working with digital systems About the Company AB SigtunaHem SigtunaHem owns and manages 4,800 rental apartments in Sigtuna Municipality.
