Do you want to combine your experience in residential property management with leadership and process development? We're now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established player in residential property management. Here you'll take on an important role where you support other managers, develop work processes, and contribute your knowledge in residential property management and rental legislation.
About the Company
Our client is one of Sweden's largest private residential property owners and managers, with operations in several municipalities across the country. The company focuses primarily on properties in areas with potential to develop and enhance both the properties and residential areas.
Through long-term investments in renovations, a strong customer focus, and active work on social sustainability, the company works to create safe and attractive residential areas. The business therefore combines a clear business focus with long-term responsibility for tenants and communities.
About the Role
As a Property Manager, you'll take on a central role in the management organization, responsible for driving and developing ongoing property management. You'll work broadly with property-related matters and contribute to structure, quality, and efficient work processes.
The role includes, among other things:
Responsibility for ongoing residential property management
Handle matters related to rental legislation and tenant relations
Work with budgets and financial monitoring
Contribute to investment and management planning
Coordinate and lead day-to-day operations
Manage contacts with tenants, contractors, and other external stakeholders
Drive the development of routines, processes, and work methods
What We Believe About You
You have several years of experience in residential property management and are confident with matters related to rental legislation and ongoing management. You're comfortable taking responsibility, driving matters forward, and contributing to business development.
To succeed in this role, we'd like to see that you have:
Post-secondary education in property management or equivalent experience
Several years of experience in residential property management
Solid knowledge of rental legislation
Experience in management and coordination
Driver's license (category B)
As a person, you're confident, organized, and unpretentious. You find it easy to build trust and communicate clearly with both colleagues and external parties. You're solution-oriented, take responsibility, and enjoy driving matters forward and contributing to business development.
What We Offer
You'll have the opportunity to take on an important role in an organization with a long-term perspective on both properties and residential areas. The role gives you significant scope to use your experience, support others, and influence how management develops going forward.
You'll become part of a business where development, quality, and social sustainability are central elements, and where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with both colleagues and the organization.
We look forward to your application! The recruitment process will be handled by Ed:Za Group. If you have any questions or concerns related to the position and process, please don't hesitate to contact [email protected]
