HSB Mölndal is a cooperative housing and property management company operating in Mölndal. Our mission is to create good housing together with our members. Our management includes approximately 4,500 apartments in tenant-owner associations and approximately 240 rental apartments as well as commercial spaces. Today we have 27 employees and our office is located in pleasant premises at Bergmansgatan 17 in central Mölndal. As a property manager at HSB, you are our representative to our customers and you are part of a team with five managers. Your mission is to help our customers develop and maintain their properties in a long-term and sustainable way. You have overall responsibility for the properties you manage and are responsible for quality assuring the combined service delivery. You also work to foster good and close customer relationships. Responsibilities Coordinate and drive ongoing property management. Act as an advisor and supporter to boards in tenant-owner associations. Represent the customer and advocate on their behalf to authorities and suppliers. Procurement and follow-up of suppliers. Claim handling and insurance matters. Actively develop relationships with our customers, employees, contractors, and authorities. Customer meetings, including evening hours. Administrative tasks as internal support. Qualifications Post-secondary education in property management. Driver's license (Category B) and access to your own car. Very good computer skills. Good ability to identify customer needs and experience in successfully developing business relationships. You communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Meritorious Experience working as a property manager for tenant-owner associations. Experience with board work. Experience in project management, for example in planned maintenance. Experience from a professional role involving business/sales/rental activities. Experience from a professional role involving independent reporting of completed work.
