Property Manager for Consulting Assignment

Property Manager for Consulting Assignment in Uppsala As a property manager for public sector properties, you will be responsible for the ongoing and business-oriented management of a property portfolio. The role has a clear focus on finance, customer relations, and day-to-day management. You will work closely with tenants, colleagues, suppliers, and contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective property management. The assignment starts in mid-September or by October 1st at the latest and runs full-time for approximately six months. The position is based in Uppsala, with the possibility of remote work up to two days per week. Key Responsibilities - Manage ongoing administration of the property portfolio. - Work with budgets, forecasts, financial monitoring, and reporting. - Handle and follow up on invoices, costs, and orders. - Maintain ongoing dialogue with tenants and work to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Monitor contracts, suppliers, and contractors. - Plan and order routine maintenance and minor improvements. - Handle rental-related matters and other ongoing management issues. - Identify improvements and efficiencies in property management. Your Background We are looking for someone with solid experience in property management, preferably with experience managing public sector properties. You are confident in your role, engaged, and accustomed to taking responsibility. As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and thrive on driving work forward. Your Choice - Self-Employed or Employed Consultant Your assignment will be conducted at the customer's location, but you can choose whether you want to work as a subcontractor with your own company or be a consultant directly employed by Fasticon.
