Our owner, Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter, ensures financially sound ownership and sound personnel policies. We are looking for an experienced property manager for Smögens Hafvsbad. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the property department, including both personnel management and budget responsibility. You will work closely with our team to ensure that the property is run efficiently and that our facility is kept in top condition. Since hotel operations run year-round, weekend work may occur. Qualifications Experience working with medium-sized or larger properties. Documented experience in personnel management and budget responsibility. A "hands-on" attitude – you should not be afraid to get your hands dirty. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
