We are now seeking a Property Manager for Gothenburg who wants to be part of developing tomorrow's campus environments. As a Property Manager with us, you have overall responsibility for developing the business, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable long-term development of the property portfolio in your area. You work both strategically and operatively with responsibility for results, investments, and value creation, while driving cohesive and high-quality customer delivery. A central part of the role is developing and managing relationships with some of our largest customers. You build trust at management level, drive dialogue on major business and development matters, and understand the customer's operations and long-term needs while representing Akademiska Hus' business and perspective. In this role, you have personnel responsibility for a team of seven employees. As Property Manager, you also join the local management team, together with the department heads for technology, service, and projects, and have an important role in developing the business, strengthening customer value, and contributing to Akademiska Hus' development both locally and nationally. You report to the Southern Property Area Manager and work from our office in Gothenburg. The role encompasses the property portfolio in Gothenburg, Karlstad, and Skövde, which means regular travel between these locations.
