We are now looking for an experienced leader who wants to help build our property management unit. About the Position As Property Manager, you have overall responsibility for developing, streamlining, and ensuring quality in the municipality's property portfolio. The Property Manager is an important link between the municipal organization, the business community, and other external partners. Through collaboration, you strengthen the municipality's attractiveness and contribute to local development and growth. As property management is planned to transition to municipal operations, you become a key person in building future working methods, structures, and forms of collaboration. Main Responsibilities As Property Manager, you have overall responsibility for: Strategic planning and development of the municipality's property portfolio. Coordinate and follow up on operations, maintenance, repairs, and investments. Financial management, forecasting, and reporting. Contractual matters, procurement, and contract management. Collaboration with municipal departments, tenants, and external parties. Personnel in the upcoming property management unit. Qualifications We are looking for you who have relevant higher education in property management, technology, or equivalent experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements within the property field. You have previous experience working with property management, finance, project management, or similar, preferably in a leadership role. It is a merit if you have experience with: Working in a politically governed organization LOU and public procurement Leading change and development initiatives. We Are Looking for You Who Have a strong ability to work strategically and analytically with a clear holistic perspective. You are structured and comfortable managing multiple processes in parallel. As a leader, you are open, proactive, and advocate for good collaboration. In your work, you thrive working independently but find it easy to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
