You help our clients understand the effects of different options and create analyses and decision-making materials that contribute to smart, long-term decisions. Assignments might include analyzing a property portfolio, assessing the financial consequences of different alternatives, reviewing investments, internal rent models, corporate structures, or how properties can be used more strategically to support the client's operations. In this role, you will, among other things: analyze property portfolios and real estate portfolios based on finance, utility, risk, and long-term development prepare decision-making materials, reports, and presentations for management groups, boards, and other decision-makers conduct investment calculations, profitability analyses, and financial assessments work on issues related to corporate structure, internal relations, accounting, and financial management contribute to assignments concerning internal rent models, budgeting processes, strategic choices, and business development build new and maintain existing client relationships Our clients are in both the private and public sectors. A large portion of assignments are directed toward municipalities, municipal companies, and other community-based property owners. Often, these involve complex issues where the client needs help creating structure, understanding consequences, and making decisions based on better information. This is a role for someone who wants to combine analysis, advisory, and implementation. You thrive taking responsibility in assignments while collaborating closely with colleagues and building trust through dialogue with clients. 🎯 Who we're looking for We're looking for someone with experience in real estate finance, controlling, analysis, or advisory services related to real estate companies or real estate operations. Perhaps you currently work as a real estate economist, controller, finance manager, business controller, analyst, consultant, or with real estate-related issues in the private or public sector. We believe you bring several of the following: several years of experience in real estate finance, controlling, analysis, or financial management within the real estate sector a good understanding of how real estate companies function financially and organizationally experience in preparing analyses, calculations, decision-making materials, and presentations the ability to understand both the details in the numbers and the bigger picture relevant academic education, for example in finance, real estate economics, surveying, urban development, finance, or equivalent It's a merit if you have experience in several of the following areas: municipal real estate companies or the public sector, larger property portfolios, portfolio analyses, internal rent models, consolidated accounting, VAT and tax issues within the real estate field, and consulting services. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and confident in dialogue with others. You have a talent for making complex issues understandable and building trust with clients.
