The planned move-in is in May 2027, and we look forward to using a modern and high-tech building, specially designed to provide safe, efficient, and high-quality care services. Your work day with us is varied and meaningful, with two-shift work and work every third weekend. If two-shift doesn't work for you, we can also consider alternative work time solutions. Our care activities include residential care facilities, home care services, and activities for people with disabilities, and you work closely with a multidisciplinary team that ensures holistic and good care processes. The residential facility consists of two units with a total of 18 places, one of which is specialized for people with cognitive impairment. On our largest unit, we offer short-term placements, rehabilitation, respite care, and permanent housing. With us, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary and inclusive work environment with close collaboration between home care, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychiatric support functions. Together we work to provide our users with the best possible support - every day, around the clock. Responsibilities: - Contribute to ensuring safe and professional care services for our target group, and ensure that work tasks are performed in accordance with quality requirements and legislation - Be responsible for nursing observations, measures, and follow-up of patients - Document in the current professional system - Contribute to good collaboration with patients and relatives - Some on-call home services may occur - Be an active driving force in creating a good professional environment and contribute to collaboration across professional boundaries - Participate in development processes - Be responsible for introduction, guidance, and competence development of colleagues and students Qualifications: - Norwegian license as a nurse - Good knowledge of Scandinavian languages, both spoken and written - Good digital skills - Class B driver's license - Approved criminal record clearance must be presented before employment - Personal suitability will be given great importance Personal qualities: - Puts users and relatives in focus - Is motivated and enthusiastic and contributes to a positive work environment - Wants to contribute to professional development - Works independently but also enjoys collaborating with others - Takes responsibility, is solution-oriented, and has good ability to adapt to changes We offer: - A pleasant and humorous work environment - A supportive team that works for - and wants to contribute to - everyone's success - Opportunity for professional development - Paid membership at the fitness center "Trimbua" - Help arranging housing - Salary and employment terms according to applicable agreements - Good pension and insurance terms through KLP - Employment is made according to the terms stipulated in laws, regulations, and regulations We request that applicants provide at least two references that are no older than two years, preferably one of which should be a former manager.
