Part-Time Fast Track Personal Assistant for a Wonderful 9-Year-Old Girl

Can you switch between being a reliable adult, a playful friend, and a creative adventure partner – sometimes within the span of five minutes? Then this might be the job for you! We're seeking a personal assistant for a charming, spirited, and wonderful 9-year-old girl with multiple disabilities. She needs help and support around the clock, but is primarily looking for someone who wants to get to know her, understand her signals, and make everyday life both safe and fun. No two days are quite alike. Sometimes play, games, and activities top the schedule, while other times call for calm, care, and a reassuring approach. As a personal assistant, you'll become an important part of her daily life and help with: • Meal times and manual tube feeding • Personal hygiene and diaper changes • Accompaniment and transfers • Supervision and safety • Play, games, and exercise • Activities, outings, and new adventures Who are we looking for? You're a warm, reliable, and attentive person who enjoys working with children. You have a ready laugh, aren't afraid to be yourself, and can stay calm when the situation demands it. Since her condition can vary day to day, you need to be flexible, observant, and good at adapting to her needs. Previous experience in personal care, healthcare, or caregiving is a plus, but not required. What matters most is that you click as people and that you come with a big heart, a secure attitude, and a genuine love of play. You'll receive the training you need to feel confident in the role. You must be smoke-free. About the Position This is a part-time permanent position with a fixed schedule. Work hours may be scheduled for days, evenings, nights, and weekends since the girl has awake assistance around the clock.
