About the position
As Fresh Produce Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the store always offers a fresh, current and inspiring range within our fresh produce departments. You are responsible for purchasing meat & charcuterie, cheese and fish, while ensuring that the departments maintain high quality and comply with applicable hygiene procedures.
You actively work with orders, inventory management, date checks, displays and product placement to create an inspiring customer experience. The role also involves supporting, coaching and motivating colleagues in the department and contributing to a positive working environment.
We are looking for you who
Have experience with fresh produce and food products and a genuine interest in food
Are responsible, organized and have an eye for detail
Are passionate about service and want to give customers that little extra
Enjoy working in a team and value good collaboration
Have good physical ability as heavy lifting occurs
Meritorious
Knowledge of food handling and hygiene
Experience with ICA systems, such as AoB, Min Butik and Self-Control Program
