Yassar here, I'm the new pharmacy manager at our wonderful pharmacy in Åtvidaberg. Now I'm looking for a new colleague, a pharmacist, who wants to make a difference together with us. We are a large pharmacy with a broad catchment area, the only one in town, and we are located right in the center, specifically in a small mall across from a grocery store and close to the health center. With us you will meet a wonderful mix of prescription and over-the-counter customers, loyal regulars, and seasonal residents. We also collaborate with home care services, care facilities, the health center, and veterinarians, which makes the work both broad and meaningful. Right now we have four pharmacists and two pharmacy technicians with prescription authorization. We are a team that enjoys working closely together, we have a relaxed atmosphere, and we support each other through both challenges and laughter. Now we're looking for our fifth pharmacist, maybe that's you? ⭐ A little about me as a leader...I would describe myself as a happy and positive person who believes in coaching leadership and building trust. I work in a way that is tailored to each individual and want to create conditions for every employee to grow, take responsibility, and shine in their role. Daily work is varied and includes everything from advice and sales of medications and self-care products to work with inventory, campaigns, quality work, and development. The role also includes the following areas of responsibility and tasks: Dispense the correct medication to each customer and offer professional patient counseling, as well as contribute to a high-quality customer experience. Promote participation and good cooperation within the pharmacy and together with colleagues create positive group dynamics. The pharmacy is open 09-18.30 on weekdays, 09-14 on Saturdays. We offer a permanent employment on full-time or part-time basis by agreement, and you are welcome to pharmacy manager Yassar Mejanni's team. Desired start date by agreement. We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or apothecary.
