Family Law is responsible for counseling and exercise of authority in family law matters for Ronneby, Karlshamn, Olofström and Sölvesborg municipalities. Family Law's areas of responsibility include information meetings, collaborative meetings, investigations and agreements regarding custody, residence and visitation, establishment of parentage and paternity, and consent for adoption. In our work, the child is always at the center. Family Law is part of the Consultant Group together with Personal Advocates and Family Counseling, led by a joint manager. Family Law is located in central Karlshamn and employs seven family law social workers. 1 position(s). 1 DUTIES As a Family Law Social Worker, you will work with the exercise of authority in the family law field, with a focus on the best interests of the child. You will conduct information meetings, collaborative meetings and carry out investigations such as paternity investigations, custody, residence and visitation investigations, and consent investigations regarding adoption. The work involves having personal meetings with both adults and children, working efficiently with documentation and collaborating with the municipalities' social services. Cura Individutveckling offers relevant professional development where you will have the opportunity to develop within the family law field. We also have our own training center (Resource Center), whose courses and lectures Cura's employees participate in. You will be offered continuous external supervision and present leadership. QUALIFICATIONS You have a degree in social work or another relevant degree, according to the National Board of Health and Welfare. You need to have at least one year of experience with investigation work in social services. It is a merit if you have worked with family law for an extended period. It is important that you are organized, relationship-building and independent. Quality assurance work and documentation require that you can communicate clearly orally and in writing. You should also have a good ability to collaborate as this is a success factor for our Family Law. You must have a category B driver's license (manual transmission) and a clear criminal record certificate from the police. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent employment.
