We continuously develop our operations. The Family Law Unit consists of seven family law secretaries, an administrative assistant, five contact secretaries, and a unit manager. We are part of the Children and Youth Section together with, among other things, the Children's Unit, Youth Unit, Open Care Unit, and Prevention Unit. We are located in Flemingsberg Center, which has good connections by commuter train and buses. There are plans for a new municipal building in central Huddinge that will be completed in 2028. About the Position As a family law secretary, you are responsible for conducting investigations and clarifications at the request of the district court in matters concerning custody, residence, and visitation. You will also handle paternity and parental investigations as well as consent and adoption investigations. Further, you will conduct collaborative meetings, telephone advice, and investigations regarding specially appointed guardians. We have all undergone training in Whole Child (which we are passionate about). We also have a child group each semester—Different Worlds—that one or two of us lead, while some other colleagues run parallel parent groups. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is trained as a social worker and has worked with legal authority within social services. You have experience with family law work. We are looking for someone who is positive, unpretentious, and open to trying new working methods/approaches. It is important that you are a person who contributes to a good collaboration climate. You also need to be good at expressing yourself both orally and in writing. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
