Family Law Attorney, Uppsala

Your Responsibilities You will primarily work with family law and inheritance law matters as well as draft and manage legal documents. Among other things, you will work with: Wills Powers of Attorney for Future Incapacity Gift Deeds Prenuptial Agreements Probate Inventories Cohabitation Agreements Powers of Attorney Estate Settlements Property Divisions in Marriage Shareholder Agreements Purchase Agreements Land Registration Applications Promissory Notes and Receipts Co-Ownership Agreements The work involves both legal problem-solving and personal advisory services. You will have the opportunity to follow the client through the entire process – from the first meeting and analysis of the client's needs to the completed legal document and follow-up. Who Are We Looking For? To our office at Bangårdsgatan 13 in central Uppsala, we are looking for someone with a law degree (jur. kand.) and a genuine interest in family law, inheritance law, and client-focused legal advice. You are confident in your legal expertise and enjoy meeting people. It is meritorious if you have previous experience in family law, inheritance law, probate inventories, or other client-focused legal work. Experience in sales or advisory roles is also meritorious, as is an interest in finance and business law matters.
