Family Medicine Physician with Extended Mentor Role at HC Centrum, Sundsvall

About the operation As part of the Primary Care Area South, Health Center Centrum is located just a stone's throw from Sundsvall city center, yet in a lush and green setting. Your future colleagues consist of family medicine and education physicians, district and registered nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries, as well as a psychosocial team consisting of social workers, psychiatric nurse, and psychologist. As a specialist in general medicine, you work with routine tasks in primary care and are an important part of our medical expertise. In addition to clinical work, you have a special responsibility for mentoring and training AT, BT, and ST physicians. You contribute to their professional development through structured mentoring, feedback, and support in their daily clinical work. You will also have a central role in the ongoing development of the operation. We work interprofessionally and see collaboration between different professional groups as a prerequisite for creating modern, sustainable, and patient-centered care. Together with colleagues from different professions, you participate in and drive development work with a focus on quality, accessibility, patient safety, and good working environment. We are now seeking two Specialist Physicians in General Medicine at Health Center Centrum. These positions are permanent full-time employments with start date by agreement. Responsibilities Clinic work and medical assessments in primary care. Mentoring and support to AT, BT, and ST physicians. Planning and implementation of training initiatives. Contribute to a learning and developing work environment. Active participation in quality and improvement work. Participate in and lead development projects together with different professions. Contribute to the development of new working methods and processes that strengthen patient benefit. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop the quality and accessibility of care.
