We are now seeking a Family Home Investigator with coordination responsibility for a one-year temporary position, starting as soon as possible. About the role This is a key role in the organization where you are responsible for and coordinate our investigation work. You lead the processes surrounding recruitment, investigation, and follow-up of emergency and family homes, and ensure that the work maintains high quality and is conducted efficiently. You hold primary responsibility for the organization's investigation work and are the one who holds everything together. Although you are the only person with investigation as your primary assignment, you work in a team where several colleagues, in their roles as family home consultants, participate in parts of the investigation process. The role therefore involves both independent work, collaboration, and a coordinating responsibility. The position offers great freedom within responsibility. You plan much of your own work and have the opportunity to work from home when the work tasks allow it. A large part of your working time is spent in the field through home visits, interviews, and meetings with family homes and other partners. We meet regularly at our office on Södermalm for team meetings, planning, and development. As part of a small and engaged team, we all contribute to the organization's overall success. Beyond your primary area of responsibility, you may therefore also participate in matching meetings, placement meetings, home visits, follow-ups, and other work-related tasks that help us together reach our goals and continue to develop the organization. The position also includes telephone on-call duty according to a rotating schedule, approximately one week every seventh week, together with other colleagues. Your main responsibilities Recruit new emergency and family homes. Conduct family home and emergency home investigations. Update existing investigations. Coordinate, plan, and prioritize the organization's investigation work. Conduct follow-up meetings within the organization. Contribute to development and quality assurance of the organization's working methods and processes. We believe you recognize yourself in the following You are a social worker or have other education that the employer deems equivalent, and you have experience with investigation work within social work, preferably in family home care, consultant-supported activities, or similar. You are a person who thrives with significant personal responsibility and who enjoys driving work forward. You are organized, flexible, and skilled at planning and prioritizing even when the pace is high. You quickly build trusting relationships and have professional demeanor in your interactions with families, clients, and colleagues. At the same time, you are confident in your assessments and have good judgment.
