Now you have the chance to become a Family Home Consultant at Humana. About the Position As a Family Home Consultant at Humana, you will be part of a team currently consisting of three employees and one unit manager. The operation works with family foster care assignments in collaboration with social services and the criminal justice system. In addition to family foster placements, we also offer outpatient treatment services. Our office is located in Råå just outside Helsingborg, and our service area covers Scania, Blekinge, Småland, and Halland. The role of Family Home Consultant offers great flexibility with the possibility of remote work. We are looking for someone based in or around Helsingborg with the ability to attend meetings at our office. Your main responsibilities: Recruit, assess, and train family homes. Support and guide on-call and family homes in their assignments. Establish and maintain good customer relationships and ensure continuous written documentation of treatment and supervision interventions. Coordinate cases with combined family foster placements and outpatient services. Be part of our team but also work independently and take responsibility for your own cases. Participate in on-call duty (evenings and weekends occur). Who Are You? You thrive with complex tasks and have strong confidence in your ability to find constructive solutions. You are stress-resilient, organized, and enjoy managing multiple processes simultaneously, even during periods of high pace. Duration/Working Hours: Permanent employment, 100%, trust-based working hours. 6 months probation applies. Start date: by agreement.
