About the position
As a family home consultant at Humana, you will be a central part of a team consisting of seven creative colleagues. We work closely together to enable safe and inclusive environments for our children. Our office is located in Västra Frölunda and our catchment area covers large parts of Western Gothia.
The role of family home consultant offers great flexibility with the possibility of remote work. We are looking for someone stationed in or based in Gothenburg or Western Gothia county, with the possibility to attend meetings at our office.
In the role you work with recruiting, assessing, training and supervising family homes. You serve as professional support in their important mission. We have close collaboration with our open care unit and can offer combined interventions. The position may involve you coordinating cases concerning both family foster placement and open care.
Your main responsibilities:
Recruit, assess and train family homes.
Support and guide on-call and family homes in their mission.
Establish and maintain good customer contacts and ensure ongoing written documentation of supervision activities.
Coordinate cases with combined family foster placements and open care interventions.
Actively contribute to the development of our consultant-supported family foster care through evidence-based methods.
Be part of our team but also work independently and take responsibility for your own cases.
Participate in on-call duty services (evenings and weekends occur).

Duration/Working time: Permanent employment, 100%, trust-based working hours. 6 months probation applies. Start date: by agreement.

For this position it is required that you:
are educated as a social worker with at least three years of experience from work in municipal social services
have a B driving license and enjoy driving a car, as the position involves regular travels to our family homes.
It is also meritorious if you:
have experience assessing, training and supervising family homes or have experience from a treatment position.
