About the Role With us, the role can include both family therapy in open care and work within family foster care, depending on what assignments are current. What is common to the assignments is that you work to support parents and children towards sustainable change. The work usually takes place in families' home environments, whether it is family therapy in open care, family foster care or treatment families you support. Qualifications and Experience We are looking for you with a degree in social work or equivalent education and at least three years of experience in family therapy. It is advantageous if you have experience working on complex cases requiring extensive family therapy, for example based on methods such as MST or FFT. It is also advantageous if you are trained in Komet, ABC or similar parenting support programs. Knowledge of NPF, collaboration with schools and other agencies and/or experience of working with criminality/substance abuse is desirable. Basic psychotherapy training (level 1) we also see as positive. You have a B-category driving license.
