Ref: 20261940 We are now expanding the Hemmaplansteamet with two additional family therapists! Job Responsibilities The Hemmaplansteamet offers intensive and flexible family therapy focused on parenting skills for families with children and adolescents who have exhibited behavior that violates social norms. The target group is families with children between 10 and 18 years old. The Hemmaplansteamet works with a target group of children and adolescents with norm-breaking behavior and their closest networks. This can include children and adolescents with externalizing behavior, high conflict levels at home and in other settings, those seen in contact with older offenders, those seen in places associated with drug sales, and where there is a risk of developing criminal behavior/thought patterns. The goal of the intervention is to help families find a functioning way to manage family difficulties and develop effective communication pathways. The Hemmaplansteamet works closely with Lyftet and Flexet, which are two other sections within the Plattformen unit. Lyftet or Flexet often take responsibility for support and treatment for the child/adolescent, while Hemmaplansteamet focuses on treatment for parents and other important people in the child's/adolescent's life. Hemmaplansteamet primarily conducts treatment in the home. At least once per term, Hemmaplansteamet offers parenting courses according to Connect. Work is scheduled 08:00-16:30. There is an opportunity to work weekends. Documentation is done in Journal Digital. Qualifications Requirements: Sociology degree, behavioral scientist, social pedagogue, or other higher education degree that the employer deems equivalent Experience with treatment work with the target group of adolescents and their families B-category driver's license for manual transmission vehicles Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Merits: Further education in treatment work or conversation methods such as CBT, FFT, IHF, or MST Experience with families dealing with mental health issues, criminality, and neuropsychiatry Knowledge of languages other than Swedish Since you meet many people daily—adolescents and their families as well as colleagues and other stakeholders—you must have a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships. Since a large part of the position involves coordination and contact with multiple stakeholders, you need to be organized. It is also important that you are flexible regarding working hours, changing circumstances, and willing to test new working methods. About the Workplace Hemmaplansteamet is an outpatient operation within the Employment and Social Services Administration and is organized within IFO Insats, Plattformen Malmö unit, support and treatment. The section is staffed with a section manager, a coordinator, and nine family therapists.
