Your work is based on the family's needs and resources, with a focus on creating sustainable changes that strengthen the child's development and the family's functioning daily life. You meet families both in their home environments and in our facilities, and work closely with colleagues and other stakeholders around the child and family. In this role, you will, among other things: carry out treatment and support interventions for children, young people, and parents conduct structured conversations, plan interventions, and follow up on goals and results strengthen parental capacity, relationships, and communication within the family cooperate with schools, healthcare, and other relevant stakeholders document and follow up on interventions in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines. We are looking for someone who: has a degree in social work or other education that the employer deems equivalent has experience working with children, young people, and families, which is meritorious has a Class B driver's license for automatic transmission vehicles works in a structured and quality-conscious manner with good ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on your work is flexible and able to adapt to changed conditions and needs has good collaboration skills and finds it easy to build trusting relationships is attentive, diplomatic, and has the ability to find solutions together with others. You may be newly graduated or have several years of experience.
