The work group consists of five family therapists, one of whom is placed at the Family Center, 2.5 social workers with a focus on prevention and early interventions, and 1.5 school social workers. We also have a team that works with intensive family treatment, and it is to that team we are looking for you who want to work with families with complex problems with the goal that the child or young person can remain at home or be able to return home. One of the team members will now be on parental leave and we are seeking a replacement.

WORK DUTIES
The Intensive Family Treatment team works with families with complex problems with the aim of preventing or shortening placements of children and young people. The goal is for children and young people to have their needs met by their parents and to be able to grow up at home.
The team works with a small number of families where there is intensive contact in the families' homes. There is often a need for interventions from several different actors, therefore collaboration is an important work task.
Through interaction, communication, support and guidance, we want the families we meet to have increased opportunities for improved family functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for this position, you need to have:
· a degree in social work or equivalent higher education that the employer finds equivalent.
· Experience of working with change processes within social services directed toward children, youth and families
· previous experience of working with domestic violence, interaction and attachment as well as people with reduced cognitive ability is meritorious
· willingness and competence to work with both practical pedagogical work in families and to work with conversation as a tool
· driver's license and ability to drive a car
· Ability to be flexible; we should be able to offer high availability. Some weekend and evening shifts may occur.
You have a great interest in developing and improving treatment methods within social work together with colleagues. You find it easy to create social contacts and are used to working in a structured and goal-oriented manner. Collaborating with others is self-evident to you. You see the possibilities for change in individuals and in families and are also open to renewing your own work methods when needed.
