About the Operation Open Care Children's Services consists of experienced and engaged family therapists who work with children, adolescents, and their families. We offer support and treatment services including FFT, Tryggare Barn, network work, and Signs of Safety. The goal is to strengthen the family's own resources, increase security for children, and contribute to long-term positive change. Job Duties As a family therapist, you work with: - Treatment and change work with children, adolescents, and families. - Conversations with children and guardians, both individually and together. - Network work and collaboration with social workers, schools, child mental health services, and other partners. - Home-based interventions and practical change work in families' daily lives. - Documentation and follow-up of interventions. - Strengthening children's participation and ensuring that the child's perspective is reflected in the work. Who Are You? Requirements - You are a social worker or have other education that the employer deems equivalent. - You have experience with change work involving children, adolescents, and families. - You have a strong ability to build relationships and motivate people toward change. - You are a positive person who contributes to a good work environment and collaborative climate. - You are confident, flexible, and independent while enjoying working with others. - You have a strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing. - You have a driver's license (Category B). It is a plus if you have: - Level 1 training in psychotherapy. - Experience with FFT (Functional Family Therapy). - Experience working with Signs of Safety. - Training and experience with Tryggare Barn. - Experience with network work and coordination around families with complex issues. - Experience working in social services' open care or similar operations.
