Do you want to work closely with children, young people, and families with a focus on their strengths, resources, and possibilities? Do you believe that lasting change begins with a good relationship? Then we need you! Welcome to our Prevention and Open Care Services team. Together, we create the conditions for change – one meeting at a time. Job Responsibilities As a family therapist with us, you will meet children, young people, and families at different stages of life. You work with interventions decided by investigating social workers, as well as support to residents who seek help on their own. Together, we create conditions for change, strengthen families' own resources, and contribute to a safer everyday life. Your role includes supporting families through change processes when challenges arise in or around the family. In more acute situations involving domestic violence or abuse of children or other family members, you work in close collaboration with social workers and other key stakeholders. We also offer network-based interventions, support groups for children and young people, and parental support groups. With us, you become part of an engaged work team where we value collaboration, knowledge exchange, and development.
