One of our valued family therapists is moving on to new challenges, and we are now looking for a new colleague who wants to contribute to our continued development work. With us, you get meaningful, varied, and developing work where you contribute every day to creating positive changes in people's lives.

JOB DUTIES
As a family therapist, you work with both early preventive support and more complex family cases. The role requires creativity, persistence, and the ability to work together with families, networks, and collaboration partners to find sustainable solutions based on each family's unique situation.
Our goal is for children, young people, and their families to receive support in their home environment to the greatest extent possible. The work is therefore varied and can range from parenting education and treatment conversations to more practical and educational support in everyday life.
We work based on Signs of Safety, a method characterized by collaboration, transparency, and a strong focus on strengthening individuals' and families' own abilities. The child's, family's, and network's strengths and resources form the foundation of the work, and interventions are planned and implemented in close dialogue with children, young people, guardians, and other important people in the child's surroundings. We are convinced that sustainable change is created through participation and close collaboration between those involved and relevant cooperation partners.
A workplace where we make a difference together!
You will become part of the Resource Unit's open care team, where several professions work closely together in a culture characterized by collaboration, unpretentiousness, commitment, and work joy. The team's broad competence creates good opportunities for learning, development, and collegial support.
In the role, you may also receive assignments directed at other target groups according to the needs of the operations.
An important part of the work is also close collaboration with the Individual and Family Care (IFO) authority department. Together we work to provide professional, coherent, and long-term support to those we meet. If needed, the position may also include supporting the exercise of authority.
Documentation is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.
The position is mainly conducted during daytime hours, but because families' needs vary, you need to be flexible as work in the evenings and on weekends may occur.
