JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to make a real difference for children, young people, and their families? We are now looking for a committed family therapist who wants to become part of our outpatient team and contribute to security and hope for the future for Ronneby's children and young people.
About Us
Council and Support Family offers outpatient services for children and young people aged 0–18 and their families. Our mission is to provide qualified change and treatment work at home—always with the individual's needs at the center. We work based on evidence-based methods, flexible solutions, and a strong focus on relationships. Your Role
As a family therapist, you work from a systemic perspective and CBT approach. You meet children, young people, and their families in change processes where family work, network work, and individual interventions work together.
The role includes:
• Conducting conversations and treatment based on the needs of the child, young person, and family.
• Working closely with colleagues in social services and collaborating with external actors.
• Contributing to the development of more accessible, preventative, and knowledge-based family treatment.
• Identifying and supporting young people at risk of criminal behavior, harmful use/addiction, or other socially destructive situations.
Collaboration—both internally and externally—is a central part of the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
• A degree in social work, social pedagogy, or other equivalent education that the employer deems relevant.
• Experience in family treatment and work with children, young people, and their families.
• Good knowledge of child and youth development, attachment theory, and various conversation and treatment methods.
• Further education in treatment work, for example CBT, MI, or methods such as KOMET, Tryggare Barn, FFT, MST, or Repulse, is a merit.
• Ability to create trusting relationships, collaborate with various actors, and handle complex situations with a holistic perspective.
• Holds a Class B driver's license.
Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
