Family-Owned Company Seeks Groundwork Specialist

Altuna bygg is a family-owned construction company serving as a general contractor, taking on projects of all sizes from small service jobs to new construction ventures. We are now looking for someone to join and help develop our groundwork division. We operate throughout Uppland and have an office and warehouse in Funbo-Lövsta. We are seeking an experienced groundwork specialist with knowledge in site preparation, landscaping, foundations, and drainage systems. Currently, we operate one excavator and are planning to expand our groundwork division with additional machinery to meet customer demand for larger projects. Therefore, we would also like you to have excavator operation experience. With us, your work tasks will be highly varied, and you'll have significant autonomy in managing your own projects. This means you'll need to be prepared to plan your own schedule, communicate with our subcontractors, and have direct conversations with customers on-site to deliver the best possible work. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, openness to learning, responsibility, and independence. Carpentry skills—such as building decks, garden sheds, etc.—would be a plus.
