Maskinia in Staffanstorp is seeking a field service technician where you will have the opportunity to work with market-leading products and develop within a growing company with a family-oriented corporate culture.
Job Description
As a field service technician with us, you will work with service and repair of construction machinery in the field and in our workshop in Staffanstorp. Your main tasks include:
Troubleshooting and problem-solving in electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems
Perform service work and repairs on construction machinery
Develop and maintain customer relationships and ensure you meet customer needs
Work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in the workshop and throughout Maskinia
The work is varied and requires independence, but collaboration is central to our organization. We offer good development opportunities, both within your current role and further within the company.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone who:
Has experience as a mechanic, either in light or heavy vehicles
Is technically curious and wants to continue developing in construction machinery
Is solution-oriented, thorough, and able to work independently
Enjoys customer contact and is skilled at building long-term relationships
Holds a B driver's license and is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
