Field Planner Stockholm

You will be the contact customers reach out to for service and repair orders on their construction machinery, primarily in the Stockholm area. You will have a team of technicians to support you, whom you will lead in their daily work. The role involves scheduling work for our skilled technicians, ensuring the correct spare parts are ordered, and maintaining ongoing communication with customers and technicians. You are responsible for the entire chain from booking through to the technician reporting completion of work and preparation for invoicing. You will be the direct manager for 10 technicians and responsible for their development and work environment. Previous experience as a manager and leader with proven results is a requirement. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. You will be the hub connecting the customer and Liebherr while providing strong leadership to support and challenge our employees.
