Panikfabriken opened its indoor paintball facility in 2009 in Trossnäs, a former field hospital in Karlstad. The course is booked by groups of friends, companies, graduation celebrations, and bachelor/bachelorette parties. Over the years, Panikfabriken has built strong customer trust, and many of our customers return regularly. Now we need to expand our team to meet increasing customer demand. Therefore, we are now looking for an instructor at our facility in Trossnäs who wants to be part of our team and continue working toward our vision of creating memorable and fun experiences for our customers. We offer a fun and social part-time job where you will meet many people and be part of our customers' experience. The position involves instructing groups before their games as well as basic maintenance and service of equipment. Some cash handling is also involved. We are looking for someone who is social and enjoys leading and instructing groups. You should have a cheerful demeanor and be service-oriented. If you have experience working as a leader/instructor, this is a merit. The paintball facility is located in Trossnäs, approximately 15 minutes from Karlstad. Access to a car is necessary as public transportation does not serve the area. Scope As-needed employment scheduled for weekends. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
