Work hours are flexible, primarily scheduled for evenings, but daytime and weekend work also occurs.
Your Tasks
As production personnel, you will be part of a small work team where collaboration and responsibility are important parts of daily work. Your main tasks will include:
*Working with machinery in the manufacturing industry
*Packing, quality control, and assessment according to established instructions
*Pallet registration and handling of finished products
*Continuous updates and compliance with new instructions and procedures
Your Profile
For this position, we are looking for someone who is a student or has another primary occupation of at least 50%. You should feel comfortable in a production environment and appreciate practical work with clear processes. You are thorough, loyal, and responsible, while also being curious and eager to learn. You have a natural drive, want to develop yourself, and approach new tasks with engagement. You enjoy working in small teams where everyone takes responsibility and understands the importance of good collaboration to achieve common goals.
We would like to see previous experience from manufacturing production, but it is not a requirement. A forklift license is a merit and can give you more opportunities in the work. To be considered, you need to be able to work evenings and weekends and be flexible and available as needed during daytime. You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing. If you do not live in Tingsryd, we prefer that you have a driver's license and access to your own car.
For this position, we are looking for you as a student, or alternatively someone who has another primary occupation and wants to work extra. As a student, you are counted as enrolled at a university, college, or Komvux. Registration proof is a requirement for any employment. You will be employed as a consultant by Maxkompetens but work at Orthex in Tingsryd.
