Maxkompetens is now seeking, in collaboration with Atea Logistics in Växjö, engaged and detail-oriented production workers for part-time work Monday-Friday during the fall & winter period 2026/2027.
Your Tasks
As a production worker at Atea Logistics, you will work with handling IT equipment. You will be an important part of ensuring that IT equipment is handled correctly, where data security is always the highest priority.
Your tasks may include:
• Unpacking and tagging products for theft prevention
• Installation and configuration of devices
• Assembly of hardware, for example screen protectors on phones or assembly of printers
• Data erasure on laptops and desktop computers
• Blasting and restoration of equipment
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and thrives in a role where collaboration is an important success factor.

As a person, you are stable, driven, and have a high work ethic. You take responsibility for your work, are not afraid to dig in when needed, and have the ability to adapt when circumstances change.
This position is suitable for you if you are a student or have another main occupation of at least 50% and want to work part-time on the side. As a student, you are enrolled at a university, college, or Komvux, and a registration certificate from ongoing studies is required upon any employment.
We see that you intend to continue your studies for at least one year ahead and have the ability to work an average of 2–3 days per week. You need to be available for work with short notice when needed.
A driving license and access to a car are merits since the workplace is located at Växjö Airport, but there is also an option to get there by public transport.
