Extra Staff for Evenings and Weekends – Reception & Breakfast Service

Do you want to become part of our team? We at Hotel Stadsparken are looking for engaged and service-oriented extra staff who want to work evenings and weekends at our reception and breakfast service. With us, you'll be an important part of the guest experience and get varied work where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, has a positive attitude, and likes working at a fast pace. Duties Your tasks may include: Check-in and check-out of hotel guests Receive bookings and answer questions via phone and email Serving responsibilities Provide guests with personalized service and information Prepare, serve, and replenish the breakfast/evening buffet Keep the breakfast room and common areas clean and pleasant Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet Replenish food and beverages during service Welcome guests and provide friendly, service-oriented hospitality Answer questions and assist guests as needed Perform simple kitchen work Wash dishes and clear up after service Follow hygiene and safety procedures Receive deliveries We're looking for someone who Is service-oriented, responsible, and flexible Has a genuine interest in hospitality and guest service Is stress-resilient and can work independently as well as in a team Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing Has the ability to work evenings, weekends, and when needed during holiday and vacation periods We offer With us you'll get: Varied and developmental work in a pleasant hotel environment Great colleagues and a family-like workplace A flexible extra job that suits you if you're a student About Hotel Stadsparken Hotel Stadsparken is a personal hotel in central Helsingborg and part of Ekman Hotels.
