We are looking for short-term temporary workers for our operations in support, service, care, and elderly services. In our temporary worker system Time Care Pool, you enter your availability and are matched to open shifts within the operations where your skills are needed. You choose when you want to be available for work and get the opportunity to combine the job with studies, family life, or other activities. The system is used to match temporary workers with operations' needs and give you as a temporary worker great flexibility in your everyday life. Meaningful work where you make a difference for other people. Your assignment As a short-term temporary worker, you replace regular staff during absences and work where the need is greatest. The work tasks are varied and you work primarily with providing service, support, and care for people who cannot manage themselves independently in their daily lives and life situations. A large part of the assignment involves doing activities together with the people you are there for. All work is based on the individual's needs and wishes. You will thus work with personal care, mobilization and transfers, social support, and medication management. Documentation is also an important task, and you are responsible for documenting in the user's record in accordance with the Social Services Act. Who we are looking for We are looking for you who are genuinely interested in working with people. Besides this, you should: - be at least 18 years old - have good digital skills - be able to show grades in Swedish corresponding to year 9 - have previous experience from work in care and elderly homes, home care services, personal assistance, group homes, social psychiatry, hospitals, or other relevant care operations. It is meritorious if you are trained as a nursing assistant/care assistant. As a person you should be good at collaborating, building relationships, and finding quick solutions to problems.
