HELLO FRIEND! 👋 We're Yodabee, a fast-growing company in office services. We help companies increase employee wellbeing and show care for their staff. Yodabee was founded in 2014 with the vision of making period products as standard as toilet paper in the workplace. Since then, we've grown together with our customers and expanded our product range based on their needs. Every month we deliver tons of great hygiene products directly to office bathrooms – of course period products but also hand cream, hairspray, dental floss, dry shampoo, spray deodorant and more. Everything that might be needed on short notice during a workday and that makes people feel included and cared for. Since 2020, we've also been putting together customized gift boxes that are shipped home to our customers' employees around the world. And now we're growing again! 🚀 Beyond our wellbeing boxes, we're also launching a staffing service where our customers can hire service-oriented personnel from us – for both short and long-term assignments. This could involve covering for a sick receptionist, helping out at an event, or providing extra hands when needed. Our headquarters is located at St Eriksplan in Stockholm. We also have offices in Malmö and Gothenburg. Now we're looking for one more star to join us on this journey in our Stockholm team. Could it be you? 💜 Who are we looking for? We're looking for you who want to work part-time and can step in on short notice, daytime weekdays. You enjoy creating a good atmosphere around you and have an easy time adapting to new environments. One day you'll stock wellbeing boxes, the next you'll welcome visitors at a reception or help out at an event. You are: Positive and solution-oriented Responsible and self-directed Thorough but also flexible Social and professional Comfortable representing Yodabee with our customers As we grow, more opportunities may arise for the right person. Work Tasks As a happiness professional with us, you will: Visit our customers in the Stockholm area to clean and restock their Yodabee boxes Receive deliveries, organize inventory, and pack refills at our office at St Eriksplan Transport refills to customers (usually by public transit, sometimes by car/taxi) Pack orders and gift shipments In addition, you may also work within our staffing service, for example by: Stepping in at reception/front desk (both short and longer assignments) Helping at events (catering, hosting, decoration, practical assistance) Office relocations (unpacking, organizing, structuring) Other temporary needs at customer locations Basically, you'll be a reliable and professional representative for Yodabee with our customers 💜 What can we offer you?
