As an operations technician for our client, you'll get a varied part-time position where customer contact is combined with practical tasks and where you become an important part of daily operations. Here you work in an environment where service, safety, and order are in focus. And you meet visitors daily whom you guide to sort and handle different types of materials correctly. The work is varied and you will, among other things: Assist visitors with sorting and recycling Receive and handle waste and materials Keep the area clean, neat, and safe Manage containers, bins, signage, and equipment Perform basic maintenance and practical work tasks Contribute to smooth daily operations When needed, operate a forklift or wheel loader The work takes place mainly outdoors and suits you if you appreciate active work where no two days are the same. Some work tasks are physically demanding and may involve, for example, lifting and working in varying weather conditions. This position is primarily a part-time job and therefore suits you well if, for example, you're studying, have another primary occupation of at least 50%, and want to supplement your current work, or if you're retired. Working hours can vary and occur on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. We therefore hope you are flexible and able to work different hours based on the organization's needs. You are calm and professional in your interactions with visitors and work well with others. You take responsibility for your work tasks, see what needs to be done, and can independently take initiative when the situation requires it. At the same time, you are flexible and quick to learn new routines and work tasks. To be a candidate for this position, you need to meet the following requirements: Class B driver's license At least upper secondary school education or equivalent training/experience Good Swedish skills, both spoken and written Previous experience in customer service, recycling, warehouse, operations, construction, or similar work is a merit.
