About the Position We are looking for a careful and hardworking person who wants to work extra at our customer in Eskilstuna. This is a part-time position where you need to be able to work at least 2-3 weekdays per week, daytime 6-15/8-17. You need to have another primary occupation for at least 50%, meaning studies or another job. Your Responsibilities Work days are active and fast-paced, where you primarily work with picking using carts and other common warehouse tasks. This role suits you if you enjoy being in motion, working efficiently, and working toward clear goals. Since there are set picking targets, it's important that you thrive with a high pace and are motivated by performing and achieving results. We're looking for someone who likes to stay active, takes responsibility, and thrives when the workday has a high pace. You work carefully and efficiently both independently and with others. If you have previously worked in a fast-paced environment, for example in restaurants, industry, or warehouses, that's an extra plus. What matters most is that you are engaged, resilient, and not afraid to pitch in when needed. We place great importance on your personality, attitude, and motivation. Desirable Qualifications: Warehouse or similar work experience Experience from fast-paced work environments, such as restaurants or industry Forklift certification Requirements: You have another primary occupation for at least 50%, such as studies or other work You have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written You have the ability to work daytime hours This position is a staffing assignment where you will be employed as a consultant through Pokayoke.
