Part-Time Warehouse Associate at Derome Bygg & Industri

We are now looking for motivated warehouse associates for Derome Bygg & Industri. Derome is a company offering a comprehensive range of services spanning from forest products and production of wood, construction, and industrial products to machinery rental and construction logistics. In your role as a warehouse associate at Derome, you will primarily be responsible for picking and assembling orders for delivery to our customers. The work is varied and physically demanding, taking place largely outdoors in our warehouse operations. You will handle materials of various kinds and ensure that the right products are delivered at the right time and with high quality. The work involves significant personal responsibility where you often work independently and plan your tasks, while also being an important part of a committed team where collaboration and communication are crucial for achieving common goals. Forklift driving is a central part of daily work, which requires precision, safety awareness, and efficiency. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to a well-functioning warehouse and high service levels for Derome's customers. Working hours are varied and you work extra as needed. Day shift hours are 05:00-14:00, while evening shifts are between 13:45-23:45. Planned start for the position is immediate. You are employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Derome. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is driven and takes responsibility for their work. You can work independently but also enjoy collaborating in a team. You are flexible as a person and can step in and work with short notice. You need to be available to work 2-3 days/week to be considered for the position. The work requires high safety awareness and a thorough work approach. Requirements Forklift certification B1–B2 and good forklift experience Another primary occupation of at least 50% Driver's license and access to a car Swedish fluency in speech and writing It is a merit if you have worked with similar tasks or have experience with construction materials.
