We are now recruiting driven warehouse associates to Derome Bygg & Industri. Derome is a company that offers a comprehensive range extending from forest processing and production of wood, construction and industrial products to equipment rental and construction logistics. In the role of warehouse associate at Derome, you are primarily responsible for picking and assembling orders for delivery to our customers. The work is varied and physically demanding, and takes place mostly outdoors in our warehouse operations. You handle materials of various kinds and ensure that the right products are delivered on time and with high quality. The work involves significant personal responsibility where you often work independently and plan your tasks, while also being an important part of a committed team where collaboration and communication are crucial for achieving common goals. Forklift operation is a central part of the daily work, which requires accuracy, safety awareness and efficiency. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to a well-functioning warehouse and a high level of service to Derome's customers. Working hours are varied and you work extra as needed. Day shift hours are 05:00-14:00, while evening shifts are between 13:45-23:45. Planned start for the position is immediately. You are employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Derome. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is driven and takes responsibility for your work. You can work independently but also enjoy collaborating in a team. You as a person are flexible and can step in and work with short notice. You need to be available for work 2-3 days/week to be considered for the position. The work requires high safety awareness and a thorough work approach. Requirements Forklift certificate B1–B2 and good forklift experience Another primary occupation of at least 50% Driver's license and access to a car Swedish spoken and written It is advantageous if you have worked with similar tasks or have experience with building materials.
