We are now seeking students for part-time work at our service desk in Luleå. The IT department is an important part of the company's operations and is responsible for operations, support, administration, and development of all IT services. This is a perfect part-time job for you if you are studying IT/Data. You are welcome to have several years left in your education and view this part-time work long-term. The schedule will be arranged together with the responsible manager and planned to fit you and your studies as well as possible. You will be offered an educational part-time position in an expansive company where we have fun at work while performing to high standards. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for you who have another occupation (studies or work) at least 50%. You should have a burning passion for computers and IT. You are self-driven and find it easy to collaborate with others as you will have extensive contact with company employees. As a person, you are social, motivated by challenges, and enjoy helping users solve problems. You are familiar with working in a Microsoft Windows environment and have knowledge of computer networks. The work tasks are varied and you will work with user support, installations, troubleshooting, and problem solving on computers. The work is carried out largely via telephone and remote control. You speak and write Swedish fluently. Meritorious qualifications: Troubleshooting Windows Operating System/Office 365 Windows Server 2012-2022 Active Directory Basic networking knowledge We place great emphasis on personal qualities. Interviews and recruitment will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
